How to Play MKV on Windows 10 Natively

I’ve recently upgrade to Windows 10, but when I test to run MKV video file on Windows 10, it cant run smoothly (dropping much fps ). I try to install every video player(See a list of best MKV player for Windows 10) that I know, but it won’t run smoothly. Any body has answer for my problem?

I have scoured the internet, tried everything I could find about running MKV files on Windows 10. The final result I found from all relevant forums is that MKV is not a right format for Windows 10 including Movie & TV software. Play MKV on Movies & TV No Sound- Solutions

I recently upgrade my PC from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. Everything was fine, absolutely no issues with upgrade. Just one question. I tried to play MKV videos from Movies & TV metro app. Video is fine but no sound. Digging around the net, I found out quick solutions.
